How can you all let anyone change an account password without texting the cell number of the number on file first I'm upset you all let this happen now my account will be messed up I've bought alot from you all and now I've gotta get my information for my back to see what's been charged to my account this isn't fair from now on please contact the number on file before anything gets changed is how I feel

Mentor2 years agoThis isn't an Ebay Customer Service line. We here are volunteers / Mentors that try to help members as we can. Mentors are seasoned buyers and sellers who have volunteered to answer buying and selling questions.
With that said, I see you have a very serious problem. If you can get into the account, you need to change your password right away. Change your email back to yours if you can. And check all your addresses in the Site Preferences.
Once you get past that, you need to get in touch with Ebay Security. Below is a link to the policy, but on that page is a link to get in contact directly with the Safety department.
