HACK
I have been an active eBay member for over 20 years, with more than 1,500 successful sales and a 100% positive feedback record. Two weeks ago, my account was hacked and I lost access. Despite multiple phone calls with customer support, the issue remains unresolved.
This is unacceptable. My account history and seller reputation are valuable, and I should not be forced to start over due to a security breach that was beyond my control. I also had active listings that are now lost, and my buyers may lose trust in me as a result.
Additionally, I need my account contact information updated. Please change my contact number from my landline to my cell phone: [Your Cell Number]. The email recovery option is not working, so I need this change made immediately to help restore my account access.
I have emailed the CEO and the Assistant CEO twice with no response. I am requesting immediate action to restore my account and all associated feedback, sales history, and active listings.
Please confirm receipt of this message and provide a clear timeline for resolution

You can call directly for those issues (but only those issues, that number cannot be used for any other issues). No one here on these forums can access your account or change anything, so you will have to call.
