H label

Question

I am selling an old Ipod. I have a purchaser and a label Ebay sent me. The Post office is saying that as the label does not have an H on it they can't accept it. Will Ebay provide me with a new label and if yest what are the steps I should take

USPS is cracking down on Hazardous Material shipping, especially Lithium batteries.

You can void the label you already printed

Find the label that you need to void and select "Cancel Label" from the dropdown Actions menu.

You will not get refunded immediately because the Post Office must make sure it hasn't been used. It usually takes 21-28 days.

Edited to add: you do not have to wait the 21-28 days. You can get another label immediately.

You can then print another label for that order.

From the same labels page linked above, use the dropdown to select "Get another label"

Use the Edit link to select " Used electronics with lithium battery package" from the Hazardous materials dropdown. Then hit "Save"

re-input all of the other information for the package (weight and size)

Then purchase and print that label.

The order will get updated with that Tracking number.
