H how can I receive a call back from eBay?

Every time I try to request a call back from eBay. It sends me around in circles and will not let me do that. I have a major problem with counterfeit items

@fsha-90 I am sorry that you have a problem with counterfeit items.

How long has been since the date of delivery? An eBay agent can not extend the eBay Money Back Guarantee time limit. Most items have a 30 days from the date of delivery for returns.

If the seller doesn't offer returns, the buyer must request a return no later than 3 calendar days after the estimated or actual delivery

You can report a seller using this form> https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022 > suspicious activity> other then state the item number that the item received is counterfeit in the box.

If it is too late for an eBay Money Back Guarantee claim then you need to contact your payment method and file a fraud chargeback. Don't delay as they have time limits too.

You can contact an agent but it won't change the site policy.
