hello Ebay, this is Roger Abraham and I was reaching out to Ebay to see I have available funds that are on hold for the amount of $289 and some change. I was reaching out to Ebay to see if they could release $50 of my phone that are on hold. I need to buy my medicine and I’m not able to charge it and I’m a veteran and I was just reaching out to try to get some help. I don’t want all of it back. I just want $50 if that would be possible I don’t have any money to the 10th of the month and I bought things but I had to cancel them that I had bought on eBay which just look good for me but I’ve been a member since 2016 and my account is restricted status and I didn’t know that I had to account but I guess I do now as I say the funds are on hold and all I’m asking is to see if they release $50 only take two dollar fee out for one the they charge for the same day and then we can. I’m trying to resolve my issues I don’t know how I don’t have a computer and I can’t afford one. I had to use my cell which is in my area. We don’t even have a red light or in the country and it’s so far but I was wondering if you could help help me out this way if possible

OP4 months agohello Ebay, this is Roger Abraham and I was reaching out to you to see if possible to be having my phone released $50 holding to buy medicine and some gas. I have $289 available but the funds won’t hold and I was reaching out to Ebay care team to see if they could help this veteran if they could possibly help me during the transaction and try to resolve this thing for me is very difficult to get any help without talking to somebody. Ebay has rules and regulations and policies I know, but I recently found out from Ebay that I had two accounts that I’m totally not aware of that to me valid policy that I know from long time ago, but I’ve been a member since 2016 and my phones have been on hold for many weeks and since we had a hurricane last year and we’re in awards, we in zone is still showing this. The mail appears very slow as usually it takes days to get mail if I don’t drive all the way to Winston, North Carolina because of the hurricane last year they still posted that I’m late on delivery and stuff like that I have no control over the post office but yet penalized for this showing that I’m not below and I’m not if you look at my feedback I’ve only had two negative feedback because they would not return the items or they were very nasty but they didn’t get penalized like I did and they were very rude to me but I still had to pay and release things but it’s OK. I can deal with it and that you can’t please everybody and I know that the Ebay team is very busy but I was wanted to talk to reach out to see if they could release just $50 and see if they could help me appreciate it
