I bought 2 sticks of 8gb ddr5 ram and the seller hasn’t shipped won’t respond to me at all. I paid on the 19th texted on the 21st and 22nd but no reply or anything

Mentor4 months agoYou can't assume the item hasn't been shipped, as not all sellers post the tracking number. The only thing that matters is the estimated date of delivery. You can find that on your purchase history. If you don't receive your item by that date, then you can open a case of item not received. The seller would then have 3 business days to prove delivery with a tracking number or refund outright. If not, ask eBay to step in on the 4th day (the option won't be there until then) . This is the eBay 30 day money back guarantee. Watch your dates so you can open a case within that time frame and don't let it time out.
