I need help in contacting sellers about an item that was sold to me and they presented the wrong info about the part . The part doesn’t fit my vehicle because it’s design for a specific year but the sellers said it would fit my vehicle. Now I’m having a difficult time contacting him.

You do not need to contact the seller. Open a return request so you can send it back.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. In the comments enter does not fit xxxx year vehicle.

The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he cannot send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
