I accidentally placed an offer for this order number, and the seller accepted it, but I don't want to buy it. Could you please remove it from the payments section? I contacted the seller, and they told me to contact you. Can you please help me?

Mentor8 months agoMaking an offer is not accidental. Have you paid? You can request that the seller cancel your order, but sellers are not obligated to do so. If you paid, the seller will ship. If you didn't pay, the seller can cancel the order after 4 days. I'm sorry, but this isn't the seller's fault. They placed an item for sale, you made an offer, and they accepted.

Mentor8 months agoBuyers can only REQUEST to cancel a transaction. It is up to the seller to file the cancellation using Buyer requested, but sellers are not obligated to do so.
