Guy threatening to ruin my account because I won't cancel the winning bids order and sell to him.
He then says he will ruin my rating and buy everything I have listed and leave me bad reviews..I reported him and he created a new account and is buying/ bidding on everything

Contact eBay to let them know the buyer violated policy by opening another account to get around a block.
