Guests account
thought it was easier to purchase as a guest even though I do have an eBay account as buyer. I need return item and seller did send the return label. I have 2 issues. First the email prompts me to input my login id and pswd and the guest order doesn’t show on my eBay account as I purchased as a guest order. Secondly I closed my bank account and have a new one account where I want refund to go to. I can’t seem to connect to eBay to talk someone to add my order to my eBay account so that I can print shipping label AND discuss refund options as I now have a new bank account. Help

As far as the refund goes you will have to talk to your bank about that. If the same bank your bank should have no problem forwarding to the new account.
