Guest to personal account

Good morning.

I purchased an item through “ GUEST”

and I now have a personal account, however, I cannot contact the seller which the item was purchased from because it does nots show up in my messages and eBay will not let me continue as a guest.

I have the item tracking and all through my email, but will not allow me to access through Google

Guest purchases are not connected to any eBay account. For help with a guest purchase, sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.
