HOW do you do a return done as a guest check out? All I keep getting is an endless loop of the same information!!! This is NO HELP AT ALL! SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

The first step would be to find the Order Confirmation email that you received from Ebay.

To start a return:

Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
Select Return item.
Select your reason for the return and select Next.
You can add a message to the seller and also upload up to 10 photos showing the item's condition.
Select Confirm return.

If the seller does not respond or doesn't cooperate, you can ask Ebay to step in 4 days after you filed the Return Request by going back to your request details:

From your order confirmation email, go to View order details, then select Resolutions
From the email you received when you opened the request, go to See request details

From the request details, simply select Ask eBay to step in and help.

For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest order, or else see here:
