guest refund, item never arrived, no shipping details

Question

I need help with an item that never arrived. I checked out as a guest, and the item has no shipping details, and has not arrived. I have asked ebay get in touch with seller, but what happens from here? It seems if you checked out as a guest, you don't get help?

If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.

Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:

https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=

Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
