Hi,
I purchased an item on buy-it-now using the guest option as I was in a hurry, however the item I bought and the item that was sent to me doesn't match. I have requested a refund and they sent a shipping label to print for return, however when I click on it it says "We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again." I have tried various methods including different browsers and any other logins I thought it might be under, including signing in to my account and still cannot get anywhere with getting the label. Are there any fixes for this or any alternative solutions?

In order to print a return label for a guest purchase, you must first sign out of your current eBay account, since the guest purchase is not connected to your eBay account.
