Guest purchase returns

Bought a wiring harness for my motorcycle and the two plugs that go to the ECU are cut I ordered as a guest so even after I started an eBay account purchase history doesnâ€™t show. Canâ€™t even get a hold of anyone to help out the sellerâ€¦

To return an item purchased on Ebay as a Guest:

Log out of your Ebay account and do the following:

Find the email with the subject line starting â€œOrder Confirmedâ€.
Select View order details.
Choose Return item.
Select your reason for returning the item.
Select Next.
If you like, you can add a message for the seller and add up to 10 photos.
Select Confirm return.

If the seller does not cooperate or does not respond, you will need to ask Ebay to step in to help you:

To access your request details, you can either:

From your order confirmation email, go to View order details, then select Resolutions
From the email you received when you opened the request, go to See request details

From the request details, simply select Ask eBay to step in and help.
