Guest Purchase by mistake
I have an eBay account but made a buy it now purchase as a guest, not realizing I wasn't signed in to my account. I used my same email I use for my eBay account. The seller has not sent my item and I can't contact them unless I create a new account. But the email I used for this guest purchase is already the email for my eBay account. Any ideas how to fix this issue?

Scroll down and click the button to find guest order details.
It's not necessary to open another account, but if you do, you'll need a different email address for the new one.
