Guest purchase and need to return

Apparently I bought something as a guest and need to return it . The seller is try to help me but everytime I click on any links sent from ebay about order it say error item not found

To start the return:

Find the email with the subject line starting â€œOrder Confirmedâ€.
Select View order details.
Choose Return item.
Select your reason for returning the item.
Select Next.
If you like, you can add a message for the seller and add up to 10 photos.
Select Confirm return.
