Guest ordering

Question

I ordered under a guest instead of signing in. I had not heard from anyone except the item i ordered is being paid for from my bank how do I find out about my order?I never received an email.

@gee_gee13 . Check your spam folder or request the email again. LOG OUT of your regular account and follow these steps to access the Guest purchase information. To start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email eBay sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
