Guest order hasn’t shipped — no way to get help
I bought something as a guest order by mistake — I somehow just failed to log into my account but I used the email address tied to the account.
The order never shipped, and any time I go on the website to cancel or contact the seller it prompts me to log in. I can’t set up a new account for the order bc the email I used is tied to my old account. So I’m stuck.
have been on the website trying to figure out how to contact an employee to help but no luck. Would appreciate help / an outreach from an eBay employee to fix this if there’s no automated solution. Thank you!

Mentor3 years agoFor help with a guest order, sign out of your current eBay account or use a private or incognito browser window, then use the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the order, or else see here:
