Guest order didn’t arrive
I ordered as a guest before creating an account. The order never arrived. I tracked it well past the expected date. I contacted USPS for help and they said the item didn’t get scanned and to contact seller. I’ve tried multiple times to tap on the seller’s name but there is no place to actually contact the seller (other than sending them a letter at my expense). I’m in a chat loop with eBay that leads nowhere. The attempt to have them intervene results in me receiving an email with broken links and a link back to the same articles or chat bots. How do I get to an agent?

For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your current eBay account, then click on the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order, or else see here:
