Guest order

hey guys so basically i bought something like 6 days ago and it was supposed to come in today. I bought it as a guest but never received a confirmation email, but i was charged in my bank account today is basically the last day for it to get here and i can’t track it or anything idk what to do

As guest purchases are not part of your purchase history you need to find the confirmation email from eBay for the purchase. Check your spam folder if you cannot fin it in your inbox as sometimes eBay email will end up there. When you find it you need to follow the instructions to see the item and open any case or request you need.

@vsg341 If you made the purchase as a Guest not logged in to your regular account it will not be in your purchase history.
