Guest no confirmation order
Hi guys looking for some help if possible ... I recently purchased an item from sportswear_direct under the guest function I thought it would be quicker instead of me logging into my account under the same email, I didn’t realise the grief you have while ordering through guest .. I haven’t received a confirmation email .. I have also tried inboxing the supplier directly but having no reply ?? I have also gone through the functions and have typed my email in to see what purchases are linked to my email but having no reply also ?? It seems I can’t put a dispute into eBay cause I don’t have the confirmation email but the money has left my bank really don’t know what to do here .. I have a feeling who ever I’m buying off is just trying it on cause I’ve gone through guest as seems to be a loop hole
