I placed order as quest , and order status link does not work . And order details does not appear at my new account .

Guest purchases cannot be merged with an account, they are stand alone transactions. You also cannot leave Feedback on them.

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account. For help with a guest purchase, you must first sign out of your eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay.
