guest checkout returns
My son does not have an ebay account and used guest checkout for a purchase. He is needing to return to seller. Seller sent him a link to print the return label and it directs him to ebay and asks for him to sign in but he does not have an account. How is he able to print the return label?? Thank you

OP1 year agoHe is not signed in to any ebay account. The seller sent him a link to print return label. When he clicks that link it takes him to ebay sign in page. But he does not have a ebay account to sign in to to print the label.

Mentor1 year agoIn that case, your son should get the label directly from eBay rather than from the seller.
Possibly the seller has sent a link outside of the return process that can only be printed from the seller's own account.
Or have the seller send the PDF of the actual label rather than the link, if that is possible.

Guest purchases are not connected to an eBay account, so to use an email link to a label, your son will have to sign out of whichever eBay account he is currently signed in to and then use that link.
