guest buy now orders
Placed an order from the guest checkout, buy now. Got an email conformation but am not having any luck at all find this order # Chat assistance is not helping. Ive contacted the seller twice to cancel my order. Hrs later I get an email confirming my payment. They are not responding to my messages. Even after pymt, I cannot find the order!

First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Next, when you purchase as a Guest you have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay
On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
