I recently purchased a item as as you as a guest on eBay I have an account but at the time I could not get into it because I had a new phone turns out that I need to return the item that I purchased through the guests purchase I can't get any info on it I have my confirmation email and everything but when I tried to put it in it goes to my account that I've had forever and there's no history of it it's a lot of money and I was wondering what I could do to get this returned any help would be grateful thank you

You need to sign out of your Ebay account.

Then find the order confirmation email from Ebay.

Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
Select Return item.
Select your reason for the return and select Next.
You can add a message to the seller and also upload up to 10 photos showing the item's condition.
Select Confirm return.
