Mentor10 months agoIf you were permanently banned you would have received a message from eBay and it would not have had a date you could resume selling. You could try contacting eBay customer service and asking but if you have a permanent ban they will not be able to tell you why as a different department sets these bans.
Since your account is fairly new I doubt you are permanently banned unless you opened a new account once notified you were banned as the accounts are associated and you cannot open a new account to get around a banned account.
