Guarantee of an item that I bought

Last July I bought a solar fountain and the pump is not working. Can anybody tell me if I still have right for guarantee.I already wrote to the seller and received no answer. many thanks for any help

The Money Back Guarantee is not a product warranty that your item will continue to work for x amount of time (not even the 30 day filing window). It covers only that you get the item as described (including that it works when you get it if that is asserted in the listing, including that the "Condition" chosen is one where the definition of that condition for that category includes that it works).

@vilchezrod eBay can not help after 30 days, but the EU has good consumer protection. I would contact your credit card issuer and ask them how long you have to file a claim through them.
