GUAM IS PART OF THE UNITED STATES
Why is Guam not included in the Ebay Global shipping? I purchased three items on three diffrent occasions and all three were cancelled because GUAM is excluded from the Ebay Global postage incentive.Sellersrs do not inform of cancellation until after the fact.
