GSP ERLANGER, KY - processing times these days?

Question

Ordered a somewhat uniquely available item from the US via GPS. The seller shipped it with UPS on Feb 20th and it has arrived to KY GSP center a week later, on Feb 27th. It's now been a week since said date and the item hasn't moved. No usual tracking updates saying that customs paperwork is/was being prepared, nor item being dispatched internationally, nothing. What's everyone's recent experience with GPS from US, is this normal?

Comes back with We couldn't find any shipment with tracking number UPAAG... Tracking at the PB (using international ref.) website https://trackpb.shipment.co/track stops at the very same Delivered, ERLANGER KY event.
