Ground Advantage/ USPS Priority
I was just getting the shipping down..Today I sold two items: One printed with a USPS Priority Label (which I have always used) and the other printed with a USPS Ground Advantage Label. Both of them had been listed in June and both of them I had chosen USPS Priority. When I look at the one that printed Ground, I can see the buyer chose Priority. Is Priority the same as Ground Advantage? Can I use USPS priority boxes with Ground Advantage labels? Thanks!

Mentor3 years agoPriority is NOT the same as Ground Advantage. You cannot use a priority box when using ground advantage. First class parcel and package select was merged into ground advantage on July 9, 2023.
You can VOID the ground advantage label, and then use Print Another Label, and this time select Priority.
