Ground advantage packaging

Question

Recently Poshmark has made its platform buy all ground advantage shipping supplies on their site, not though the USPS site.
Does EBay allow sellers to still ship with Ground advantage envelopes and boxes?

Also why am I not able to talk to customer service anymore, only an AI voice.

USPS does not provide Ground Advantage envelopes and boxes. You can use whatever envelopes and boxes you wish (assuming they are appropriate for mailing). You may be thinking of Priority Mail envelopes and boxes from USPS.

And yes, you can use whatever packaging you want on eBay.

@snojones2009 Sellers can use whatever boxes they have at their disposal to ship on eBay.com

eBay, like many other companies, is moving more to AI. I understand that it can be frustrating but most of the time there really is no reason to contact an agent.

You can come here for accurate answers based on eBay policy. We know the site better than most agents since we have been using it as buyers and sellers for many years.

I just use plain brown free boxes for shipping.
