Ground advantage calculations incorrect
I’m discovering that by using ground advantage calculated shipping my buyers are having to pay considerably more than what the postage is actually costing. The last few packages I sold in the 2-3lb range, buyers were paying around $11, but when I went to purchase the labels they were all closer to $8. I like the savings for my sales but I DON’T like the fact that my items might not be selling as well due to the hiked up rate. Anyone else experiencing this or have any insight? I’d be grateful.

Mentor3 years agoSince ground advantage can be purchased at the PO, there is a retail price, and then there is the eBay discounted price that you pay.
Unless you set it to give your discount to the buyers, they pay the retail price.
