Grossly overcharged for shipping as a Seller
I shipped a small item last week FedEx Ground. I entered the weight accurately as 17 oz. FedEx notified EBay that I weighed it incorrectly and the actual weight was 16 POUNDS. I was overcharged by $16.40!! How do I get my money back? This is clearly a human error, as it was likely weighed at 16 oz and someone somewhere entered 16 pounds!!
