Gretting paid
I’ve just sold an item on eBay. Instead of using Ebay’s shipping labels I purchased one myself. It was via UPS ground, which is what my buyer requested. It was cheaper than Ebay’s label. How do I let Ebay know that I have shipped it and the customer has received the item so that I can get paid

-- You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item so you have eBay seller protection, and can get paid.
The tracking number will be printed on the receipt (USPS tracking number is usually a 22-digit number)
- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
- From More actions, select Add tracking number.
- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.
- Select Submit.
