Great Seller since 2004 not responding to customer questions OR Sale of item

Question

Contacted eBay that I was concerned about a seller who uncharacteristically is not responding to questions nor shipping the item purchased. I'm concerned the seller might be ill or something is wrong. Seller has 100% feedback since 2004!!! eBay did nothing but confirm seller is active even though it's been close to a month with no activity by seller. @tktk104 eBay has no way to verify a sellers health. I understand your concern.

Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly.

If your package is late arriving this is what you do to receive a refund:

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

Select your item on this page to start a refund request:

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
