Graco Air Sprayer showing delivered but I did not receive the package yesterday.
Order# 21-12425-50156 Graco Air sprayer, it showed delivered yesterday but I did not receive the package. I have 2 camera in my porch but did see mailman delivering my mails but without a box, also filed report with them. This supplier never replied to my message when I asked for tracking number before and now a picture of shipping label, to find out if wrong addree is used.

Mentor1 year agoThe bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.
Take the tracking down to the carrier and have them check their GPS coordinates to see exactly where the package was delivered. If not to your address, the carrier should try and retrieve the package. Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back.
