i ordered an item months ago and it says it shipped but never arrived and i never got a tracking number.
its like the package is still in limbo and the seller is not responding either

·2 years agoYou have 30 days from the estimated delivery date (the last day if they gave you a range of dates) you were given when you paid (it will be on your "Order confirmation" email from eBay) to file under eBay's Money Back Guarantee. If you are within that time limit, file NOW (come back for instructions).
If that has passed:
If you paid with PayPal, you have 180 days from payment to file.
If not, different credit cards have their own deadlines.

Mentor2 years agoSince it is too late for eBay to help you, call your credit card issuer. Ask them to open a dispute for an item not received.
