there was not cover for the battery place, and marks on the paper for screw were used already. It is strange. CD player does not work good, because it makes a lot of breaks during playing. It may break my CD - is . Radio works OK. l bought it as new, but it is not new. BIg lie, it seems that seller is not honest. i am old lady and it makes me be sick. I asked my neighbors to help me, they helped, but finally i take a tablets. it is present for me on Independent day. So and even box from the product was not new at all.

please let me know how can i send it back. I have to go to the post office,or truck take it from me. please help me with that problem please. Lina Bangert.

You will need to file a Return Request:

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return.
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
