Gpu seller won’t send the money for refund
The person was selling for me gpu and gpu would not work I ask for refund and then he said he don’t want pay for refund delivery so he said cancel the refund I will send you money .And he should send money one particular day but he never did and he would not answers any of my text messages .Please can somebody help me what to do with this problem.
