Got the package without any contents
Summary: grahorses reported receiving a package that contained nothing despite expecting items inside. eastlaneave responded, but their message did not include any content, leaving the issue unresolved.
I got a little box in the mail a couple months ago that was empty...it was supposed to have a phone in it...it has a postal stamp on the box that says "no contents inside"...I took a pic of the empty box and the stamp and sent it to the seller....they disputed the claim I was showing them and refuse to help, not sure why....so, I contact eBay and talked to a rep that looked into my case and agreed with me viewing the photo and a screen shot of shipping tracking history that showed the package had been shipped back and forth between 2 facilities in Illinois 4 or 5 times before it got to me...eBay knows all this and still refuses to help me out...it really ticks mute me off

I'm sorry that happened.
If it's been longer than 30 days, eBay can't help you.
File a chargeback on your credit card. Use the photos from the post office.
