Got scammed seller removed himself and listing from Ebay

I paid $159.99 for Tangy Tangerine and went back a few days later to check on whether or not it was shipped and no such listing was found on my purchase page but the money was taken out of my PayPal account. How do I get help with this situation since therd is no seller to contact?

You can file a Refund Request when the estimated date of delivery (as shown in your order details) has passed by at least 1 day:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
