If your item never arrived, please open a case here:
1) Open an "Item Not Received Case". You can do that right here by clicking on the picture of your item: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/reporting-item-didnt-receive?id=4042
(If it is not yet time for a case to be opened, it will give you the exact date after you click the photo)
You will be able to select whether you want the Item or a Refund
(You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to open a case)

If you need to return an item that did arrive:

OP2 weeks agoI made a mistake and click return item but never received the item

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you clicked on Return Request, but have not received the item, close the return request and if the estimated date of delivery has already passed , you can contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to dispute the charge.
