Got scammed on item that has not arrived for 1 half week

Question

I bought a camera and it has not arrived I talked to the post office and found out the tracking number is wrong. I contact eBay and report ask for a refund but they are not giving my refund for 500$ is there anyone that can help me?

What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
