Got scammed from a non winning buyer
Totally my bad but is there any relief I can get from eBay?
sold a laptop and it got paid for. Got a message from buyer to ship to cousin’s address and I did. But turns out that message was not from the buyer.
had to fully refund the buyer.

There is nothing that can be done since you willingly sent the item to someone who wasn't the buyer.
In the future, you are required to ship to the address Ebay provides in order to keep your buyer protection.
