got scammed by this guy
So I brought this item from this guy. I payed like 30$ dollars and then he took very long to respond to every question I would ask. Then he has the audacity to scam by using my pickup code. So most sellers ask for pickup codes when you’re about to get it but he asked while we’re still in the contact chat which I thought was weird. But I didn’t think anything of it so I gave him the pickup code and he put the order as picked up and now I don’t know how to continue on from this point.

Mentor11 months ago@stealabrainrot_plug NEVER give the code until you physically pick up the item. Never agree to Local Pick Up codes for digital items as that is actually against eBay policy and the seller should not be listing digital items that way.
Since the seller has the code to prove delivery you can't file a not received refund request.
