Got scammed by seller

I ordered two items and received only one damaged. Got refunded for one but not the other and ebay says the case is closed. What to do?

Did you file a claim that you did not receive the item? If so the Seller uploaded tracking to the claim and closed it.

If that happened you are still covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee and can try filing a RETURN via the item in your purchase history using the reason "Doest not match pictures or description" ... meaning you purchased two but only received one. eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

You will be issued a pre-paid return label from eBay, you send the item back and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. If they don't you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in.

If for some reason eBay denies you from filing the return you will have to purse a dispute with your funding source (PayPal, credit card, etc).

Ebay says the case is closed because i allready got a refund. But i got it fom only one.

@kristjank I wanted to clarify @mr_lincoln's answer.

I believe that you need to file another RETURN request case.

If the items were from TWO separate listings that the seller combined into ONE shipment then you have to file TWO return request cases.

Do not file a not received case because tracking shows delivery even though you didn't receive one item.

Combined shipping returns can be confusing. Here's the policy info that I believe applies to your case

How to return multiple items

How you request the return depends on how you bought them.

Sets and bundled items â€“ You need to return the whole lot. For example, if you bought a set of paintbrushes, you can't return just one of them.
Multiples of the same item â€“ You can return some or all of them, but you can only open one return for the order. For example, if you bought five t-shirts from one listing, you can return two, but you won't be able to return the other three later.
Combined purchases from the same seller â€“ You can return each item individually. For example, you bought three different books from the seller's store and paid for them together at checkout. You need to open a separate request for each book, because they came from different listings.
