Got scam on eBay 18 times this month

Got scam 18 times from China seller this month of April 2026. Need to talk to a real person from eBay And not a machine. No phone number for customer services? Why? Money back guarantee if I talk to someone from eBay. Need some help please…

I made 19 purchase this month of April from different seller from china. They all had different seller name from different city's. then I got this weird e-mail from the sellers...they all said: Hello, I am satisfied with the item. Please give me a positive review if you are satisfied with the item. Thank you....(what item he was satisfied with). That was a weird e-mail....they all said the same thing. So I check out my purchases and said my purchase was delivered to my address....I were home all day...retired. It's said delivery by Fedex....I check with Fedex, my name and address is not in the system...seller send me a fake shipping invoice say fedex delivered to my address. when I look at some of picture fedex took, the picture of the item were small. My package was big and heavy. Fake picture too. Most of the seller said delivered on may 7 to the 28 2026 . I was getting delivery in one day to one week from China and I live in Hawaii. I got three refund now, but I worry that I will not get a refunds for the other purchase.I guess I click on the wrong button for the return request...I wanted my purchase and not a refund. And now that the request is closed, I cant do anything. Getting brain damage and stress. It so confusing to get real help from Ebay, not like the old days. I want to talk to a human and not a talking machine. It's hard to talk to anybody from Ebay. Thank you for responding to me. You are the first person to respond. You beat Ebay customer service. It's so confusing for me to get real help. You click on so many button lead to nothing. More stress. Been Ebay member since 2001 with 100 % feed back...then in April I land in the hornet net of scammer. And I thoughtI was safe from scammer on Ebay..... Ebay said money back GUARATEE. but the **bleep** you have go thru to get your money back. At my age, I dont have much time left. and if you click the wrong button on the return request even you did not get delivered, ebay will closed the return request and closed the transaction. then you in lala land...nobody home. There is a scam on Ebay from china. China seller need to put up a large deposit to do business on Ebay. Think twice about scamming on Ebay. THe scammer will closed his or her Ebay account and bank account and set up shop again with different seller name. And tracking there number dont work..when you e-mail the seller e-mail cant go thur or account deleted, nobody home again. Took the money and ran. ALL I wanted for Ebay to go to my purchase and see that I did not recevied any items. look at my email....talk to the seller of proof that my item was deliver... Some seller close they account...here are some of the scammer item...they selling all type of ecoflow, all terrain electric wheel chair,folding motorcyclce trailer, full body massage chair, tire wheel changer and balancer machine, riding lawn mower, generator, gaming computer and labtop computer, remote robotic lawn mower, mini spit air condition, presser washer, riding lawn mower, tools, vevor portable car lift, i can go on and on. Seller from Gongdong china and a few more citys...information got deleted when they closed the return request.
