got scaamwd and never resived my item and ebay does not do enything about it
Hello, I need help with an order I placed.
The seller never shipped the item, and I have not received a refund.
I already opened a case, but the seller closed it without issuing the refund.
I want eBay to step in and return my money, as I never received the item.
The order number is [ ZC39421779299]
Please reopen the case or process the refund directly.

·9 months agoWhat type of case did you open? Sellers cannot close cases except for remorse return reasons, but that doesn’t mean it was handled correctly.
Did they provide a tracking number, and if so, does that show that it was delivered?
Also, the order number in your post is not an eBay order number, which would have numbers and dashes only. Did you complete the entire purchase process on eBay?
