As suggested here - https://community.ebay.com/t5/Ask-a-Mentor/Got-the-refund-from-the-item-that-has-been-delivered-late/td-p/35422034 - I would wait and see if eBay contacts you about the item.
There is a new system on place to reimburse sellers for such refunds, I assume they would contact you for repayment.
